Can you get into my computer without me?

No. Every session starts only after you read the code and click Allow.

Who pays?

The technician pays a yearly license. The person getting help pays nothing.

Do we need to install anything?

No. Both of you just double-click Heirloom Help - the person getting help clicks Get Help, the technician clicks Give Help. Consign It stores already have it on the Support tab.
